Two surfaces, two considerations
The home exterior and coated fence had different finishes and exposure. Treating them identically would have created unnecessary risk, so the solution, dwell time, and rinse technique were selected independently.

The rear elevation was treated lightly, allowed to dwell, and rinsed thoroughly. Where improvement was still possible, the process was repeated. More pressure was never used as a shortcut.
