How we clean
More pressure is not the answer
Soft washing uses a carefully diluted cleaning solution, a professional surfactant, and low pressure to treat organic growth. The solution is applied lightly, allowed to dwell, and rinsed thoroughly.
- EvaluateWe identify the surface, the growth, and any permanent staining.
- ApplyWe use a low concentration of sodium hypochlorite with Mango Mauler surfactant.
- Dwell & rinseWe give the chemistry time to work, then rinse thoroughly.
- ReevaluateWe repeat the process when needed; we do not increase the pressure.
Honest expectations: Organic growth can usually be removed. Oxidation, sun damage, worn paint, and some stains may be permanent.

Hi, I’m Nick Maneely.
I’m the founder and owner of Golden Touch Exterior Cleaning. Long before launching Golden Touch in 2026, I spent years learning soft washing, pressure washing, and surface cleaning on my own property and helping friends and family on the side. I decided to take that experience professional and build a family business around exceptional service and results we can all be proud of.
My family and I live in Walworth with Archie, our family dog. Our son is exploring the trades, learning how hard work creates opportunity, and seeing firsthand what it takes to build a responsible business.
